Why crews renew

This is a recurring requirement, not a one-off

Four things guarantee your roster needs this again next year — and most companies are not tracking the third one.

Turnover never stops

Tower crews churn. Every new hire needs TTT-1 before he is useful on a site, and that demand repeats every year regardless of what you bought last year.

The ladder keeps going

A TTT-1 tech this year is a TTT-2 tech next year, then A&L, ARC or Foreman after that. A roster license covers the whole progression instead of one rung of it.

Five years, and no grace period

NWSA certifications last five years. Recertification has to be completed in the twelve months before expiry, and there is no grace period — a lapsed certification means sitting the full exam again at $274. Every company has an annual cohort coming due.

The standards move

A10.48-2023, TIA-222-I (in effect since January 2024), and the zero-tolerance remote-proctoring policy that took effect September 1, 2026. A static PDF bought two years ago is teaching your crew the wrong thing.

Progress through the material and his most recent practice exam score, side by side. A man at 100% who scored 61% on the practice exam is not ready, and that is the conversation to have before he books a $274 exam seat.

Download the whole roster as a CSV any time. Date it, file it with your safety records, and you have a month-by-month training record that shows movement over time rather than a claim.

Practicalities

How a company order actually works

You receive one license key per seat, and every key opens all five courses. A technician opens any course, enters his key and his own email address, and that key binds to him permanently — nobody else can use it, and he cannot claim a second seat on the same order. You can ask us at any time which seats have been claimed and by whom.
Yes — 2 to 24 seats, by card, on the buy seats page. Set the quantity, the discount applies automatically, and your keys appear on screen and in your inbox the moment the payment clears. Roster licences of 25 or more check out the same way, on the same page — pick "Annual Roster License" and set your headcount.
Once a technician activates a seat-pack key, his access to all five courses runs twelve months from that activation — so a man handed a key up to six months after you bought it still gets his own full year, and a later starter runs until the order closes. An unclaimed key costs you nothing and stays assignable until the order closes, eighteen months after purchase. Annual roster licenses run twelve months from the start of the term.
Up front, before keys are issued. Everything on this page — seat packs and roster licences alike — checks out by card on the site. For an order you would rather not put on a card we can send a Stripe invoice payable on receipt — by card or bank transfer — so your AP department has a document to process, with a W-9 and a remittance reference. What we do not do is net terms or purchase orders on credit: keys cannot be repossessed, so we do not hand them out ahead of payment. The upside for you is that there is no credit application and no approval queue, and your keys go live the moment the payment clears.
A Certificate of Insurance — $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, plus data breach coverage, through The Hartford — and a W-9 are available on request, and your company can be named as an additional insured where your contract requires it. Tell us what else is on your vendor checklist when you request review access and we will confirm in writing what we can provide before you pay. We would rather tell you no up front than hold up your order later.
No, and we will never claim otherwise. This is independent exam preparation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recognised by the National Wireless Safety Alliance, and completing it grants no NWSA credential. Your technicians still register and sit the official exam through NWSA. What we do is get them ready for it.
