Post a tower job — free
Reach technicians who are studying for, or already hold, NWSA certifications. Posting is free and stays free. You pay only for the applicants you choose to unlock — and your first two are on us.
How leads work
Each application arrives by email with the applicant's NWSA certifications, location and years of experience. Your first two applicants are unlocked automatically. After that, the email carries an unlock button: $25 by card, and the name, phone, email and resume link are released on the spot. Nothing is charged for applicants you don't unlock. Staffing firms that want volume pricing: support@nwsastudyguide.com.

What do I see before I pay?
The applicant's NWSA certifications, city and state, years of experience and any note they wrote. You unlock the name, phone, email and resume link only if you want to talk to them.
Who applies?
Tower technicians, riggers and foremen who use NWSA Study Guide to prepare for or maintain their certifications, plus job seekers who find the board through search.
Can I post for several openings?
Yes — one post per opening. Each is reviewed and goes live separately.
