Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect your name and email so we can send you a licence key, your card details never touch our servers, and your course progress stays in your own browser. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.
1. What we collect
When you buy
- Your name and email address. We need these to issue and deliver your licence key.
- Your payment. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields — we never see, receive or store your card details. Stripe passes us the amount, the outcome, and the last four digits.
When you use a course
- Your licence key and the name you entered, so the course can show your name on your training milestone award.
- Your progress — lessons completed, quiz scores, flashcard ratings. This is stored in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data clears it permanently.
- When your key was first activated, recorded against your purchase so we can apply our refund policy fairly and resend your key if you lose it.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not build profiles of you or share your data with data brokers.
- We do not use tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only, and only for your own course progress and language preference.
3. Who we share with
Only the services that make the purchase work:

We share what each one needs to do its job and nothing more. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Purchase records — name, email and the transaction — are retained for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Your licence key is derived from your purchase record, which is what lets us resend it years later if you ask.
5. Your choices
- See what we hold. Email us and we will tell you.
- Correct it. Email us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Email us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep. Deleting your purchase record means we can no longer reissue your key.
- Delete your course progress yourself, any time, by clearing your browser data for the course site. We hold no copy.

6. Children
This platform is built for working tower technicians and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Security
The site and every course are served over HTTPS. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. Because we never handle card data and never store your course progress, the amount of information about you that we hold at all is deliberately small.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
