These terms cover what you are buying from NWSAStudyGuide.com, how long your access lasts, and when you can get your money back. Please read the refund section before you purchase — it is short and it matters.

1. Who you are buying from

NWSAStudyGuide.com is operated by TGR Telecom Services LLC, 2044 Reavis Bluff, Conyers, GA 30012, United States. Questions go to support@nwsastudyguide.com.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a single-user licence to a self-study, web-based exam-preparation course. You are not buying a certification, an exam, a voucher, or any official credential.

Each purchase delivers a licence key by email. You enter that key on the course site to activate your access.

Access periods

The access period starts when you first activate your key, not when you purchase. Bundles activate each course independently, so each one's clock starts when you start that course.

3. Refunds — 7-day money-back guarantee

We record when a licence key is first activated. That record exists so we can resend a key you have lost, and so we can recognise deliberate abuse — the same person repeatedly buying a course, working through it, and refunding. In a clear case of that we may decline, and we will tell you plainly why. It is not a condition on ordinary buyers: buy it, read it, decide it is not for you, get your money back.

If something failed on our side — your key never arrived, or it will not activate — that is not a refund question at all. Email us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, regardless of the 7-day window.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. We can resolve almost anything faster than a bank dispute can, and our refund reaches you sooner than a chargeback would. Charges from us appear on your statement as NWSASTUDYGUIDE.COM.

If you are buying from the EU or the UK

Consumer law in the EU and UK normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only where you asked for immediate access and acknowledged losing it. The confirmation box at checkout records exactly that.

Either way you are covered. If you have not activated your key, your full statutory 14-day withdrawal right stands, which is longer than our own window. If you have activated it, the 7-day money-back guarantee above applies to you the same as to everyone else.

4. Your licence key

• Your key is for one person. Do not share, resell, or publish it.
• Buying for a crew? Email us for volume licensing rather than sharing one key.
• We may deactivate a key we find being shared, without a refund.
• Lost your key? Email us from your purchase address and we will resend it. Keys are reproducible from your purchase record, so it is never truly lost.

5. What we do not promise

We built this material against NWSA's published exam content outlines and the standards those outlines reference. We keep it current and we correct it when NWSA changes something.

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. No preparation provider honestly can. Your result depends on your study, your field experience, and the exam you sit on the day.

We are not NWSA. We cannot register you, reschedule you, or influence your result. Exam fees, scheduling, testing rules and results are entirely between you and NWSA.

6. Our content — licensed, not sold

The lessons, questions, explanations, flashcards, diagrams and the way they are selected and arranged are the property of TGR Telecom Services LLC and are protected by copyright. Buying a key does not transfer any of it to you. What you get is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for your own exam preparation, for the access period on your order, on your own devices.

Under that licence you may not: copy, download, scrape, print in bulk, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce the material; share it with anyone else, including co-workers or your employer; post it anywhere, publicly or privately; resell or sublicense it; or use it, in whole or in part, to build, train or seed a competing product. Company orders licence each seat to one named technician on the same terms.

The course is delivered only to an activated licence, and every screen is watermarked with the licence holder's name and email. A copy that turns up somewhere it should not be is traceable to the key it came from, and that key is deactivated without refund. We enforce these terms, including by DMCA notice to any host or platform where our material appears.

7. Accuracy and changes

Certification requirements change. We update our material when they do, and we publish those changes on the NWSA Updates section of our homepage with links to NWSA's own announcements. Always confirm anything that affects your exam directly with NWSA.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above tells you when. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for exam fees, travel, lost work, or other indirect costs.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
