Get paid to send techs up the ladder.

Two ways to work with us, both with the numbers published on this page. Earn a commission on every technician you refer — or put your brand in front of climbers at the exact moment they are spending money on their career.

The published median affiliate commission across all categories sits around 20%, and digital courses typically run 15–30%. We pay at the top of that band with double the usual 30-day window — because nobody buys exam prep on the first click. They think about it, they book the exam, then they buy.

Why the rate steps down on big orders. A crew buying 25 roster seats already pays $99 a technician for all five certifications — against $265 if they bought the guides one at a time. The discount has already been given to the customer. Paying 30% on top of that would price the deal below what it costs to keep the courses current. 10% on a $7,200 roster is still $720 for an introduction, and it is a number we can actually honour every year rather than quietly withdraw after the first one.

How it works

Apply

Email us with where your audience lives. Most applications are answered inside two business days. We are looking for real reach among tower hands, not follower counts.

Get your link and code

You get a tracked referral link and your own discount code. Your audience saves 10%, you still earn full commission on the discounted price. Codes convert better than bare links in this trade.

Share it

We hand you the assets: banner graphics, short-form video hooks, comparison copy, Spanish-language versions, and the talking points that actually convert. No guessing what to say.

Get paid

Monthly, once your balance clears $50, after the refund window closes on those orders. PayPal or direct deposit. Balances roll forward, they never expire.

Who this works for

Trainers & climb schools

You teach the hands-on. We handle the written exam. Your students pass at a higher rate, your school's numbers look better, and you earn on every referral. Ask about the white-label option — buying seats at crew rates and folding them into your tuition usually pays better than commission.

Tower content creators

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, the big climber groups on Facebook. Your audience is already asking in the comments how to pass TTT-1. Answer them with a link.

Recruiters & staffing

You lose placements over uncertified candidates. Send them here first, earn on the referral, and fill the req with a certified tech a few weeks later.

Foremen & crew leads

You already tell every new hire how to study. Get a code, hand it out, and collect on the ones who were going to buy anyway.

Gear & equipment dealers

Every new climber buying a first harness also needs TTT-1. Bundle a referral code with the sale — it costs you nothing and adds margin.

Safety consultants

You already advise contractors on their training programme. Roster licence referrals pay on the full contract value, not per seat.

Apply to the referral programme

No cost to join, no exclusivity, no minimum volume. Tell us where your audience is and we will come back within two business days.

Partner Questions

The fine print.

When and how do affiliates get paid?
Monthly, once your balance clears $50. Commission moves from pending to payable after the buyer's refund window closes, so a sale early in the month is payable in the following month's run. PayPal or direct deposit. Unpaid balances roll forward and never expire.
Do I earn on crew and roster orders?
Yes, on the full order value rather than per seat — at 20% for seat packs and 10% for annual roster licences. A referred 10-seat Career Pack order is $1,250 and pays $250. A 100-technician roster is $7,200 and pays $720, capped at $1,500 per account. Referring one safety manager can be worth more than a hundred individual referrals, which is why there is no cap on how many accounts you introduce.
What isn't allowed?
No bidding on our brand name in paid search. No coupon-scraping or cashback sites. No claiming or implying that we are official NWSA material, that we guarantee a pass, or that buying prep is required to sit the exam — that last one ends an account immediately, because it is a lie that costs a technician money. No spam, no unsolicited DMs, no buying your own referrals. Beyond that, promote it however works for your audience.
Can a training school white-label this?
Yes, and for a school with real volume it usually pays better than commission. You buy seats at crew rates, hand them to students as part of your tuition, and the written-prep component carries your school's branding. Ask and we will price it against your actual enrolment numbers.
Do you accept every advertiser?
No. Nothing that competes directly with the courses, nothing making safety claims we cannot verify, and nothing that would put a technician in danger if they believed it. Gear, tooling, insurance, staffing, hands-on training schools, financing and industry events are all fine.
How do you handle FTC disclosure?
You disclose the affiliate relationship clearly in any content where you promote us. It is required by the FTC in the United States and it is simply honest. We provide approved disclosure language in the asset pack. Advertising placements on our own site are labelled as sponsored.
Is there a partner dashboard?
Not yet. Tracking and statements are handled directly at the moment, and you get a monthly statement showing every referred order. We would rather tell you that than show you a dashboard that is really a spreadsheet. When volume justifies it, it gets built.
